All items are shipped using a Royal Mail tracked service and are insured.
I am not responsible for any issues with the delivery service once the item has left my hands.
Refund or Return policy
I do not accept returns, all sales are final.
I am not responsible for any damage that caused by play or day to day use of your plush.
International orders
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be charged by the receiving country.
About safety standards
Safety is very important to me as a maker! I have worked very hard to ensure my items meet UKCA safety standards. I exclusively use Shannon plush (EN17 certified fabric) and all of my base designs have been safety tested as per UK standards.
All of my items are made using plastic poly-pellets so I DO NOT recommend my items for any young children as they pose a choke hazard. My pocket plush and anxiety items are suitable for children who will not put toys or items in their mouths.
All of my items are handmade meaning they can be delicate. My teddies and plushies are collectors items and works of plush art - they are not designed for rough play! They love to be cuddled but are not ideal for young children. My plushies are heavily weighted and are intended as comfort items for adult collectors.
